Most painless car trade/purchase ever!!! We showed up at Joe Machen's Capitol City Ford to look at a couple of used and new explorers my husband saw on their website. From moment we walked in We showed up at Joe Machen's Capitol City Ford to look at a couple of used and new explorers my husband saw on their website. From moment we walked in door we were greeted warmly. We had dealt with Randy W. on our previous Explorer and Randy took us back to his desk and pulled all the paperwork on the ones we were interested in, as well as got us set up for the test drive. Upon our return, Randy got ball rolling with sales manager. He also made sure he involved Matt W., finance, who made sure we got the deal we needed to drive away in our new Explorer. They did all this in one afternoon and even stayed late to make sure we didn't have to come back on Saturday to pick it up!!! One of few painless car purchases ever!!! (Lounge is also great!
