Always Fantastic Staff Over several years we have bought five vehicles from Machens. We branched out a few times but never had the same great experience. Service that Changed My Week My car was going out on me and I was fully prepared to be out of a vehicle entirely but instead John and Matt made sure I got a new replacement. They My car was going out on me and I was fully prepared to be out of a vehicle entirely but instead John and Matt made sure I got a new replacement. They was personable the entire time and told me what was going on as things happened so that I didn't wait while feeling left in the dark. He even made sure I had breakfast and a drink!
