Upside down, turned right side up! :) Because of a previous purchase of a GMC Acadia Denali, we were stuck. As soon as the GMC got 100000 miles it started costing too much to maintain. Because of a previous purchase of a GMC Acadia Denali, we were stuck. As soon as the GMC got 100000 miles it started costing too much to maintain. Thousands of dollars in repairs and no warranty and upside down on the loan. We knew we wanted to sell the Acadia before more things went wrong. We just replaced the front end and was worried something else would come up and to be honest we didn't need that big of a vehicle anymore. We got the run a round from a few dealers in Jeff, but a friend recommended Randy Wells at Machens. Thought we'd give it a try. Tonight we will go to bed knowing we have a brand new vehicle with a warranty, got some great rebates and even got 0% financing. Yes, we carried over some equity (lesson learned on used vehicles) but we definitely feel we got a fair deal, and was treated with respect and dignity. Looking forward to making some great family memories with the new Escape. :) More

My friend told Mike what I was looking for, Mike was able to get a Chrysler 200 from the Columbia store within a couple of days. He allowed me to keep the car for the weekend to test drive. When I had questions and/or concerns, Mike was very upfront and answered all of my questions.
