I contacted the dealer through their website, they shortly after contacted me, we discussed it all over text messages and emails and in a couple of days we got the deal done, including financing (thanks to Jacob Thomas for making that work with overnighted documents). Since I was buying the car without seeing it in person, Cody provided me detailed pictures and addressed my potential concerns about the car. Cody even helped me arrange transportation to bring the car directly to my home. I went to the Dodge dealership in Jefferson City MO with the preconceived notion that I was going to be treated like "Just another sale". Unfortunately, my suspicions were true and I was unimpressed with the customer service. Forward to the next day and I met with Ethan (Sales) and Travis (Financing) and explained to them with what I wanted (Big ol'Truck) and they were able to make it happen but the payment was a bit higher than I was comfortable with (Not their fault). After discussing with my wife she decided to go with a mid-size Hybrid. Not only was this a painless experience BUT not ONE TIME did they make myself or family feel like an inconvenience and we were there for about 4 hours looking at all cars and trucks they offered. I could not recommend them enough and I WILL be back! More
