Ford Explorer Owner now thrilled! I went To Joe Machens for the first time, after visiting and local Honda dealer and Toyota dealer and was greeted with the friend face of John Lange. He made myself and my mother, who accompanied me during the test drive, feel very comfortable with the entire process. We felt no pressure during this process and was allowed the opportunity to take home the car I was interested in overnight! I came back the next day solo and had a few discussions with John and left later that day with a car and a payment plan that fit my budget/agenda! Would highly recommend Joe Machens and working with John Lange! John was friendly and knowledgeable on not only the car I was interested in but other cars I mentioned at other dealerships.
