Took to long When I arrived there was one car in the shop and one customer in the waiting room. I asked how long it would be and they told me 15 to 20 minutes. It took over an hour with no extra work being performed. They didn't even come to get me when my vehicle was done. I was watching TV and reading and noticed that my van was sitting in the parking lot and so had to go ask them about it and they told me it was completed. More
