Trenton Lincoln the Service Advisor was very courteous, professional and sympathetic to my situation. Trenton got my truck right in to be diagnosed and repaired. He or another advisor would give updates periodically on the vehicle. I came in without an appointment and I was done and out of there within an hour. They made a bad situation very easy and relaxed. I appreciated all of the complimentary snacks and drinks in the waiting area. Very nice experience at Joe Machens Capital City Ford in Jefferson City. Disappointing I was asked to bring my truck in at 7:30, service did not start to look at the truck till after 3:30.
