They got me all the way together!!!!! I purchased my first brand new car with Mr. John and Matt. They worked hard to get me something nice and in my price range. Matt told me if I "do right by Ford, Ford will take care of me". My car was wrecked and totaled after only owning it for 18 months. I had less than great credit (and I mean way less). I went back in to see Mr.John, nervous and nearly in tears, he calmed me and assured me it was ok. I was never late on a payment and Matt worked to keep me in price range and he was able to get me an even better car with great warranties. I feel confident in my purchase, and I'm more than happy in the service that was provided, their concern for my personal situation and especially staying on my budget. Matt and Mr.John are the best. They are friendly, honest and they listened to what I needed and delivered BIG TIME! I highly recommend them! More

Service Since my last review, I went back to Joe Machens today after I said I wasn’t going to go back there to have my blinker fix while I was here I told the Since my last review, I went back to Joe Machens today after I said I wasn’t going to go back there to have my blinker fix while I was here I told the manager how upset I was about my car not being serviced properly the last time I was there. He gave me an apology and refilled my tires with the nitro I had in there already., they checked my fluids and topped it off and said I needed a new motor for the washer fluid to spray. I was glad that the service manager took his time and addressed my problems and he let someone else work on my car. Now that is the service I’m use to having when I bring my vehicle into their quick lane. I appreciate them rectifying my concerns. More

Traded an Edge for an Edge and couldn't be happier! Doug Keeler was amazing to work with when I decided to get rid of my old Edge.
