It is an amazing car, they are so nice and polite. We live in Columbia and went to Machens in Columbia first but they were so rude and pushy that I refused to go back. When my husband found a car I liked at Joe Machens Jeff City I was specital at first, but I'm so glad we went there. The atmosphere is so calm and welcoming, people are nice to you. I'm 21 with a 4 year old child; many people look at us badly and don't think we can handle big things like buying a car, but I was glad that they held no judgement against us and we're a family friendly place. Our dealer, DOUGLAS KEELER, was amazing. Kind, honest, upfront, and worked way over what was expected. He stayed 2 HOURS past what he was supposed to in order to make sure we were happy with our purchase even though we were waiting on the finance office. I suggest everyone go to him, and you'll be happy. JEFF in financing is also amazing. He works with what you want to pay and makes sure you get it.
