Great Dealership I had been looking a good used car for my daughter for months. We had an appointment at another dealership in Columbia to look at a few and we stopp I had been looking a good used car for my daughter for months. We had an appointment at another dealership in Columbia to look at a few and we stopped by the dealership on the way to Columbia just to take a quick drive through. I really appreciate that you put prices on your cars, if they had not been there, we probably would not have stopped. Anyway to make a long story short, we met Curtis Jahr, told him what we were looking for and her price range, he had a number of cars for her to look at. As she & I were checking out the cars, my wife wandered around and found an SUV that she thought I might be interested in and sure enough, I loved it. Curtis gave me a great deal on 2013 Nissan Rouge and then my daughter narrowed down her chooses and ended up buying from Curtis the next weekend! What a great experience and no pressure salesperson in Curtis, just did everything we asked and beyond. I also wanted to point out a week later we noticed a small part under the car was missing on my daughters car and we contacted Rick McDonald the sales manager and he was more then gracious and ordered the part and had it installed the next day, at no cost to us! That is service after the sale, especially on used car sold as is, they didn't have to do that but they go above and beyond. I will be recommending Machens in Jeff City to anyone looking for a vehicle and especially Curtis. Great Job guys.? More
