I visited the Machens Capital City web sight, picked out the vehicle that I wanted, applied for financing, went into the store two days later and test drove the car. I was really impressed with Don Raz my salesman, he was a pleasure to deal with and assisted me in every way he could. Doug Underwood was on hand also to answer questions. These two guys are not your usual car salesmen their regular people who sale cars in a no pressure environment. I was taken to Chris in finance and it was done in minutes, again no pressure to buy all the extras. I was really happy with my experience at Machens. I have been to many many dealerships and this was one of the best experiences. I highly recommend Machens and will do business with them again. More

I had been wanting to obtain another pick-up for the last 6 or 7 months and had been looking on the 'used' side of vehicles as I had time to look over the various lots in Jefferson City. Up until 2 years a 6 or 7 months and had been looking on the 'used' side of vehicles as I had time to look over the various lots in Jefferson City. Up until 2 years ago, I had always had a Ford pick-up, along with an SUV. Back in 2011, I traded my 1999 F-150 in for a new vehicle, and at the time I thought about going with the new Explorer, but decided against that because it had been completely re-done...and I didn't want to take the chance on something so new. Cody was my sales person back then, and he worked up a very good deal for me on the new Explorer, but I opted to go with another vehicle and dealership. So when I began to look seriously for a new-to-me pick-up, I thought about checking in with Cody at JMCC Ford, since he had gone over and above for me the last time we worked together. I had heard via radio ads that there were still some 2013 F-150s available. I dropped by JMCC Ford one Saturday afternoon and was very impressed with the stock on-hand in Jefferson City. With Fords incentives, the trade-in value they gave me on my '96 Explorer, and Cody's willingness to deal, I felt I received a VERY good deal on a brand-new 2013 F-150 Crew-cab, 4 wheel drive pick-up. With the large selection of 2013s and 14s on site, I decided on purchasing a new pick-up instead of. a 'used' one. it was only common sense....the price difference was not that much more for a new vehicle compared to most all of the low-mileage used ones I had looked at. So a new vehicle was decided upon. They also gave me top dollar for my 1996 Ford Explorer, which was in very good condition and will make someone a nice vehicle for years to come. Cody was very helpful, not only in helping me obtain the vehicle I wanted, but in getting me the deal I wanted. Terry Bradshaw in the Business department was very helpful in suggesting a way to finance my new vehicle that worked out best for me, and made things easier with all the paperwork that a new car purchase entails. Cody also was very helpful in getting the vehicle ready on the day I wanted to take ownership...it was ready to go when I arrived and he carefully went over everything on the dash and answered the several questions I had. All in all, working with Cody was a great experience .....he knows his product and I was very impressed! Thanks for making the purchase of my new Ford F-150 as pleasant and easy as possible.
