Very NICE. Our vehicle was at the Columbia Dealership, so they picked it up and we had our NEW Escape the following day at 2:00, already to go. Another thing that we like about Judy is that we see her not only at the dealership but also out-and-about. We talk about other things than cars, she remembers us and she is a delightful friend. We would have given all fives, except that the car wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been, and I had to point out dirt/tar 3 separate times before it was cleaned off by the cleaning guys, altho wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been, and I had to point out dirt/tar 3 separate times before it was cleaned off by the cleaning guys, although they did work on it when asked to and were not unpleasant about it. Cody Hodge was very informative and helpful, but not pushy like some salesmen can be. He always let us know he was there to help and answered all our questions.
