I arrived a few minutes early for a 12:30 appointment. He pulled up the work order and read it and then asked what needed to be done. It was right there on the screen but I told him a repaired seat needed to pulled up the work order and read it and then asked what needed to be done. It was right there on the screen but I told him a repaired seat needed to be reinstalled. He said they probably couldn’t do it because some mechanics called in sick that morning. I asked why nobody called to save me the trip, but he had no answer. He said he’d get some woman because “she can pull strings and get things done.” He got her and she said yes they could install the repaired seat. The guy said “oh I didn’t think we’d have time to fix it.” The work order and I both clearly said “reinstall repaired seat”! I waited while they fixed it. I went out to get my van, and it had been parked in a line of vehicles — I couldn’t get out until 2 cars were moved. The service here is horrible! More
I would love to give them a 5 star but unfortunately as fate has it, I can’t. It was bad enough that they damaged my tire when pulling it out of the stall, I was told I would get my replacement tire put on fate has it, I can’t. Instead I had to call to find out what was going on at 11 am and was told they just got the tire in so it would be a half hour. They did not work out. Heard nothing until I went to the dealer and found out no one had touched the truck and the service guy had to go back and tell them to get it started. So it finally gets done around 3 or so and then no one had reset the tpms and had to telling them. They fixed that and all is good. But I shouldn’t have to be the one who makes sure things are done! Great customer service!! I witnessed the cashiers assist a customer recover his FordPass account to save him some money on his repairs. They spent over 30 minutes helping the gentleman. This was my first experience with this dealer. I wish it would be the last, but I moved here and there’s no other Ford dealer. Process to make an appointment over the phone is overly lengthy, cumbersome and would be the last, but I moved here and there’s no other Ford dealer. Service personnel when I took it in were rude and discourteous and then had the audacity to tell me anything less than a 5 is failing so please call before giving a lower score so we can make it right. Why not just give 5-deserving service to begin with?! More
I just bought a used car from Joe Machens. After driving 3,000 miles on the car I took it in for an oil change. They recommended $350 in additional services. Either the saleman lied to me or the service department is trying to make a quick buck. More
