Fantastic Sales/Service I just recently had my 2016 Explorer serviced. Steven did an excellent job with servicing my vehicle. Also, I would like to say that we bought the 2016 Explorer from Darnell Thomas and he spent time with me explaining what bells and whistles I had on my vehicle. He made sure that I would not regret trading in my Mercedes for the Explorer. And he is right. I love my Explorer and will purchase another in the near future. Both of these guys are terrific! Oil change and slow leak on one tire Courteous staff and prompt service. I indicated when I checked in that my front right tire had a slow leak. I paid my bill at checkout with a $15 di Courteous staff and prompt service. I indicated when I checked in that my front right tire had a slow leak. I paid my bill at checkout with a $15 discount from an Emil I received. The oil change price was a little more than other places and that's okay. My concern is the $25 charge to check tires and declare them okay. Every three days I have to check and fill my right front tire. More
