Poor customer service by Jesse and Lady you pay the bill to Poor communications from Jesse regarding both of the alignment machines during my service visit, I had a 8:45 apt for a oil chance and toe kit recall. Poor communications from Jesse regarding both of the alignment machines during my service visit, I had a 8:45 apt for a oil chance and toe kit recall. Ask him if it could be ready by noon, he thought it could. I called the number he had texed me at 11:50 to check status, he did not answer so I left a message asking him to call me. I was dropped off at the dealership at 12:45 and ask for him, I was told he was at lunch by a much more customer focused service guy who informed me both alienment machines were down earlier and they were backed up and it would still over an hour before my vehicle would be ready. I waited in your service wait area still expecting some kind of communication from Jesse, finally had to track him down to check on my service completion status, he didn't seem at all concerned that he hadn't returned my call or looked for me in the waiting area. Someone needs to explain to him that you are in a competitive business and we as consumers have other options and do a better job of keeping the customer updated when a unexpected delay happens. More
