Had 2 defective chrome wheels replaced. My new f-150 had 2 defective wheels. They replaced them but failed to clean off the wheels after they were installed. They had a lot of some kind of My new f-150 had 2 defective wheels. They replaced them but failed to clean off the wheels after they were installed. They had a lot of some kind of cream they used to put the tires back on the wheels. Also there are 2 small scratches on one of the new wheels. I would imagine it was from the machine used to install the tires. More
After 30 years of ford, i purchased my first chevy Vehicle was 4000 miles from end of warranty and the truck lost power. Our car fell through the cracks Appt was at 7am. When we went back at 1pm our car was still sitting in some place. He said it fell through the cracks. I said we had to get up at 5am Appt was at 7am. Well that’s his job. I know life’s not perfect but if you have an appt there should have been something to let them know they were missing a car. Judy Obermeyer was amazing though. She is one person that takes good care of her customers. More

Manufacturer recall I brought my car in for airbag recall and oil change. The airbag light had been on for a couple weeks before my appointment which prompted me to call I brought my car in for airbag recall and oil change. The airbag light had been on for a couple weeks before my appointment which prompted me to call and schedule. Of course there was a laundry list of things found wrong with my car. Long story short and almost $900 later, the airbag light is still on as the service people had already left for the day and I was told "the pin" they connect to the computer is broken. More
