Never go here!!!! I'm sorry ac is not suppose to blow cold then Hot all of a sudden and smell like fish!!!! Took it in for that and they didn't even check to see if the oil needed change it was thirty miles away from needing one went back and they didn't have time for me .. I hold my promise and went somewhere else and paid for a oil change.. I'm not doing bussiness with them I'll go to kc or St. Louis before them!!! My friend I went with him and they have bought two vehicles in the same week and they say how I am beeing treated they will never do bussiness with them anymore either I have sent over ten of my friends that have bought vehicles from there but never will I send friends there again....Thy lie to get you in a car I was suppose to have blue link for 3 years I was told guess what got it for three months that was it.... Deceived, lied to and led to believe something that was false from the start. What a sleazy way to run a business. I was working with Brandon off and on for the week on a 2007 Ford F150. I backed out o false from the start. What a sleazy way to run a business. I was working with Brandon off and on for the week on a 2007 Ford F150. I backed out of the deal with him the first time around because of numbers, he came back with a counter offer and I made it clear what I wanted. So, we had a text message exchange, and I quote: I would love to earn your business. If I get you 8k for your car and 11400 for the truck will you buy the truck. I asked about fees, he responded and I said we had a deal. At no point in the two two hours from the time he offered 8k and 11400 and the time that I said deal did he once mention that he would need to get it approved. We talked about 2 hours later and he never mentioned that he had to get it approved, in fact he asked me if I would finance through you or someone else. He also discussed when he could have it delivered. Why would I not assume this is a deal. I feel that we have a contract in place for this via text messages. What crooks. This is the same thing that I sent the dealership about this deal. From the moment that I declined his financing things started to turn bad. First offer he sent to my bank was for 11,400 and only 6k for the trade in (he never contacted me about this). So luckily my bank called and asked him about it and he said it would be 11900 for the truck and 7500 for the car but the bank said it would supposed to be 8k for the car and he said something about making up the difference. So, we tried to get this information faxed and we told him that the loan rep would be out. I sent a text asking for a copy of the purchase order, never responded. At 8am the next morning, I sent a text asking him to fax to the number of the loan rep that would be working it. He never responded. Talked to him at about 10:30 because he was wondering if the bank would call him and he said that he faxed it and it would be 20 minutes for him to fax it to a new number because he was with a customer. I was ok with that but I never got a call or response until just before 3pm! And that was after calling, texting, calling the dealership and being sent to the sales floor. And then, when he called he sounded agitated that I called the sales floor and all of a sudden said he was talking that he never agreed to it and said that if he could get it would it be a deal. This might be a onetime thing but make sure things are clarified. More

I feel obligated to do this because of the nature of the problem and the lack of resolution provided by Machens Hyundai. I purchased a new car from Machens Hyundai in late September last year, it was a 201 problem and the lack of resolution provided by Machens Hyundai. I purchased a new car from Machens Hyundai in late September last year, it was a 2011 Vera Cruz. Within a few months of purchasing it, it's engine blew out and had to be replaced. It consequently had other lingering problems that Hyundai refused to acknowledge. I had taken the car in for repair a total of six times. The situations where the car broke down were in the worst possible places and sometimes over a hundred miles away from home. I contacted Hyundai corporate for a resolution because I wanted to either get the car replaced or have the car refunded since it: had less than 9,000 miles, was less than nine months old, and hadn't been in any accidents. They declined my request and said I'd have to take it up with the dealership directly. The dealership was extremely hard to work with. The only option they offered me was to buy back the car, and that offer was $2,000 less than the Kelly Blue Book dealership buy back value of the car based on age/miles/condition. Since I was backed into a corner, I settled with the offer and sold it back to them. The worst part after settling on the buy back value of the vehicle, was dealing with the dealership. They would purposely forget paperwork to keep us from finishing the buy back. I had to come to the dealership a total of eight different times to finish up paperwork that they either misplaced, forgot, or was an error on their part from the beginning. They even had me drive to the DMV to prove that I was the original owner of the vehicle; which was ironic since I purchased the car there only a few months earlier. The person I dealt with was Scott Morton on the buy back. I would highly recommend against purchasing a car there. More
The sales person used "strong-arm" tactics to sell me a car I really didn't want but said it was the only one my credit would allow me to have - I was desperate. The finance manager used the same tactics to add several things onto the loan I did not need and could not afford. He said "Try this and if it doesn't work, we'll see what we can do." Like an idiot, I fell for it. Now I have a car I HATE and a payment I cannot afford. To top it off, I requested the Gap, Life Insurance and Warranty be canceled after 3 months, Heath said he needed to talk with my loan officer first. After a week of not hearing from him, I called the loan officer, this was a lie, he did NOT need his permission to cancel these things on my loan. I went to the dealer and told Heath this, he said okay, had me sign a paper and said he would take care of it immediately. Almost 4 weeks later, I called each of the three extra places and no cancellation had come through on my accounts. I made arrangements to do the cancellations my self, having to go back to Heath for a signature - he lied and said they faxed them all the next day - one place emailed me that it showed up the day I called them. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. More
