From the moment that we entered Machens Toyota to discuss the possible purchase of a Highlander with John ,to the learning about it's options , to the service / warranty , even to discussing the price , it was probably the best overall time I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle in 55 years of buying / selling vehicles. We have heard that John gives tremendous service to his customers before,during, and even after the sale , but we were pleased to be able to witness it first hand. Out of Town Experience I am from the KC area and travel to and from St. Louis a couple of times each month. I saw a vehicle online and inquired about it. Rafael got back t I am from the KC area and travel to and from St. Louis a couple of times each month. I saw a vehicle online and inquired about it. Rafael got back to me quickly and had the vehicle washed and pulled up to make it easy to view and test drive. When we finalized the purchase the next day, my wife and I drove from KC and Rafael had washed and vacuumed the car again! Plus, the gas tank was full. Since we were out of town, everything had to be done via phone and email and Rafael was fantastic at responding to our communication. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Rafael again. More
