Total life saver! Super helpful we called about 40 miles into our road trip when an emergency check engine light came on. As we were on our way to the dealership Clay called and had arranged a loaner vehicle for us. Good, but not as good as experiences before change of owners My experience was good overall. In scheduling the service I was not happy to learn that I was dealing with someone in Arkansas. (This is my second Toyota Sienna purchased from Machen's) and wanted to just start a new customer file for me. I refused that and was transferred to Machens in Columbia. They immediately found my records. At the dealership I did have to wait a little longer than usual to meet a service advisor. However, he was very polite and helpful. More
