Although it was a 6 1/2 hour job, it was a nice wait I was there for a recall which took over 6 hours. They had coffee, water, ices, ice cream, snacks and grilled hamburgers ad hot dogs. My vehicle also showed another problem so mechanic worked to get that fixed which was all part of a 2900 recall and it never cost me anything but my time. More

Got the car I wanted I knew exactly what car I wanted, but also knew that finding a standard Yaris would not be easy...in this part of the Mid-west. Lori came through for I knew exactly what car I wanted, but also knew that finding a standard Yaris would not be easy...in this part of the Mid-west. Worked Hard to Correct a Situation A few weeks ago, I brought my car in for a recall service and to have my key fob fixed for my car. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, A few weeks ago, I brought my car in for a recall service and to have my key fob fixed for my car. There was a misunderstanding and miscommunication, and I ended up leaving very frustrated and without a fixed key fob. Jacqueline Clark, my service adviser, worked hard to correct the situation and today I was able to receive a new key that worked with my car, and it was covered under my warranty. I appreciate the efforts this service team has made to keep me as a customer and to better my experience. More
