Poor communication Went in on a Monday and they said I would be contacted in a couple days when the part came in to schedule the fix. Five days on Saturday later, I called them only to learn the part had come in the day after on Tuesday. Was not given a clear explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted. Five hours into having my car for repair I called for an update and no one could figure out what was going on. The guy had to call me back after telling me the one service advisor “didn’t know anything about it.” After the fix I went to pick it up and they insisted I owed. My original service advisor confirmed the repair was under warranty but apparently didn’t mark it as such. I had to explain all this and they had to look it up again before things were set straight. Two Hours and fifteen minutes for a blinker bulb. I went to the dealership yesterday and waited two hours and 15 minutes for a blinker bulb to be replaced. Not a casing. Not in a complete unit. I even made an appointment ahead of time. When I checked after 45 minutes on my car, the paperwork from Paula have not even made it back to the people so they could take my car. She said she just got back from lunch and had been really busy. But she was definitely at her desk when I first got to the dealership at 1 o’clock. She was pleasant enough but I can’t continue to bring my car to a place where an overall system like this goes on. Sadly, I’m going to have to look elsewhere for my car. More
