Positive, timely I recently had a hip reacement. I was in pain and walking with a cane. "RICHARD" was the kindest, most thoughtfil person I have ever met in a servic I recently had a hip reacement. I was in pain and walking with a cane. "RICHARD" was the kindest, most thoughtfil person I have ever met in a service position. He backed my car inside and pulled out for me. He made sure my car was washed and drove me back out front. He is definitely a keeper! The service is wonderful, as well as the comfy waiting area. More
