tires Rotated I went in to the service center to have my tires rotated as part of Toyota’s new car services. I had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half I went in to the service center to have my tires rotated as part of Toyota’s new car services. I had an appointment and waited for an hour and a half. That seems like an unusually long time for a tire rotation. Did I mention I did not buy my car there? The service person was courteous and helpful. I had no problem with that. The time factor was my problem. More

So I walked inside and asked a gentlemen for help which he proceeded to tell me to stand by my car and someone will help me when they are available as he proceeded to look at his phone again which I happened to see he was on Facebook. And as I walked back to my car I noticed there was four people sitting at their desks. Around 12:30 a gentlemen came outside and asked if I had been helped I said no. He could not have been more helpful in getting someone there immediately he is the only reason I will go back. More
