Off-putting and Rude Upon arrival, I was treated like I was a burden to the staff. When the service rep asked about the problems my vehicle was having he was extremely con Upon arrival, I was treated like I was a burden to the staff. When the service rep asked about the problems my vehicle was having he was extremely condescending. He shoved the $50 diagnostic fee at me with no explanation. Matt did get better when I returned to get my car though. He walked me through what the service mechanic did to fix the problem and offered some follow-up advice. However, his initial greeting definitely soured the entire experience and made me feel uneasy with the overall service I was going to receive. More
