Oil change and alignment I know the car wash is complementary however this is the second or third time in a row they have said they are going to wash my car and I pick it up a I know the car wash is complementary however this is the second or third time in a row they have said they are going to wash my car and I pick it up and it’s not washed I also had them check the alignment and I was told the alignment is way out however they wouldn’t fix the alignment until I bought new tires. I don’t really appreciate that I would’ve gladly paid for an alignment adjustment I will likely buy tires elsewhere More
