Jim took add'l pictures, told me a lot about the car and helped make our decision top drive and see, ultimately buying it at a GREAT price. when we got to the dealership, Jim met us, showed us the car, we took a test drive and he answered all our questions. they checked the alignment, found two tires out of balance, they fixed them and rotated the tires for us. we made the deal and were back on the road home in good time.
