I had special requirements though. I wanted something that sat up high enough that my 87 year young mother didn't feel like she was 'falling' into. Cars just sit low and she was having a hard time getting in and out of my car. Dean Hovis knew I wasn't ready to buy anything then but he took the time to show me the RAV4. Dean told me all about the safety features too. About 4 weeks later I was back visiting Dean and this time I brought my mother. Dean was right, the RAV4 was a perfect fit! Mom gets in and out of the vehicle with ease. She really enjoys sitting up higher. And our experience at the dealership was awesome. Dean has the best since of humor ever. I asked for 'bells and whistles' and he made sure I got my 'bells and whistles', literally!! My first TOYOTA and I LOVE IT!! Thank you Dean Hovis, you are the best. Cindy More

I was impressed in the great service area.we meet the service supervisor and was well pleased in his personal way he greeted us. I would recommend you talk to Dean Hovis if you are going to trade cars he has a great personality that makes you confortable to be around. this is our second prius we like the great gas milage. Excellence, I simply can not elaborate eloquently enough! From start to finish, simply everything about my experience at this particular dealership was amazing. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit, and in no way, shape or form was I ever treated with any less dignity than someone with an 850 score. I had just recently had a terrible experience with a dealership in Ofallon, MO and this establishment restored my hope that there are still dealerships who carry out their duties with the utmost professionalism and respect. Every one I came in contact with, even though not involved with my individual sale, took the time to greet me and make me feel comfortable and even important to them. My delegate, business manager, Corry Field was in a word outstanding. I would recommend this outfit to any one, but I'm only telling people who deserve it, like my family and closest friends. A few of the vehicles I purchased I wanted with specific options/exterior colors/interior colors that Machens didn't have on the lot. Chick located the vehicles I wanted within 3 days and told me he had them en-route to come look at and test drive. Chick has great communication, he is always letting you know what the status is on the vehicle(s). Chick has been nothing but fantastic to work with, and I hope he doesn't plan on retiring soon, because I want my next Toyota vehicle purchase to go through Chick Ashworth. Jeff Rackers is my go to man after the salesman. Jeff is great, he talks you through all the paperwork and gives you that laid back feeling. Many other finance/after sale employees try to pressure you into purchasing these extra add-ons that jack up the vehicle purchase price. Jeff gives honest advice when asked, and he gives you real world examples of to determine if the vehicle add-on packages are worth it to you. More
