I was told things were ordered and my vehicle was in maintenance… For two weeks… Then my sales person left at some point and I was never reached out to for a new point of contact…. I call and get told the specific thing i was told I was waiting for to come in because it was ordered was on back order…. I think 2.5 weeks later decide okay when will it be in do I have your guarantee to receive said thing… please deliver my vehicle…. It is covered in dog hair… Has three new scratches… Have picture to prove it! I call and ask for a maintenance report speak to the “manager” who apparently has no idea what is going on…. He had no idea my vehicle was even still with them to begin with… smh… he emails the maintenance report to me … What a joke says things were done that weren’t actually done… My oils was never changed but surely enough so have a sticker that says it wasn’t changed since october 2022…. Hmm I will never suggest anyone use them… They don’t have a clue what is going on nor do they keep track of things . They absolutely lack in communication! Just over this whole car buying situation with them! I wouldn’t recommend anyone but from them! More
