Bought a new atlas from them earlier this year. Took back at 12,000 + or - for multiple oil leaks aa recall, and front tires wearing unevenly. Dealer repaired oil leaks (time will tell) and then charged $385 labor for the alignment. First of all should have been free. Called around locally and alignments go for $90 to $125. What a rip off. Employees were kind and friendly. there's amenities like free car wash, shuttle bus, sodas, cappuccino,(French vanilla is my favorite!), chips, and you can even sit on a comfortable chair and watch TV or look at magazines!! Their oil change is more high quality than most other places especially if you own a vw and the oil change usually lasts longer, but I will spend a little extra for better performance oil and oil filter that lasts longer and is better for your engine!! Joe Machens vw in Columbia, MO is my first choice to consider when getting my oil changed and service on my vw and I highly recommend this dealership over any other in Mid-Missouri!! I just wished they still made vw Jettas with diesel engines turbo because they are nice to have and are really solid like. you don't have to wait too long to get your car serviced. it's not too crowded. they usually have the parts for your car.(if not, they can order them). you can even check on the status of your automobile on your smartphone!! they will send you a text and you just click the link and there it is!! everything went smoothly, no complaints, it might be a little pricey, but overall it's worth it!! they are honest. no gimmicks. they keep you posted on how much it's going to cost and make sure they get your consent to do the services before they provide them. excellent communications!! excellent dealership!!
