Took my truck in for the 2019 Transmission Recall and GPS monitoring problem. Jonathan was my advisor. Jonathan was very professional and provided me updates on what was going on with my truck daily. The recall repair and GPS ISSUE took about 2-3 weeks due to the wait for parts but I expected that seeing that it is a nationwide pandemic going on. Upon getting my truck back, it was clean and my problem was fixed. I also dealt with the service director Daniel, And Daniel stepped in to notify me Ford having to deal with my GPS problem. I couldn’t be more than thankful to know he is the head that runs an exceptional service department amongst all other staff members as well.
