Not Sure what just happened Went on yesterday my spouse was interested in the 2018 expedition for entertainment system.Went to trade in our 2017 expedition was told it appraised Went on yesterday my spouse was interested in the 2018 expedition for entertainment system.Went to trade in our 2017 expedition was told it appraised for 21 thousand it was purchased at 50thousand.Had 15 thousand to put towards the 2018. Was told we were upside down 30 thousand.The finance person never inquired about down pay or offered any deals.Don't fault the salesmen he tried. HOPE that in 2018 that Ford's just don t have any value and that it was not a personal issue. More

Excellent Service I started my search for a new truck on-line. While I did receive replies from some of the dealers with an on-line presence, there were some which did I started my search for a new truck on-line. While I did receive replies from some of the dealers with an on-line presence, there were some which did not contact me after my initial inquiry. The only sale agent who followed up consistently was Cedric Dave. Once I arrived at the dealership, Cedric focused on what I asked for in a new truck and answered all of my questions. He made my experience such a pleasant one, I have referred him to a friend in the area who is looking for a new truck. Pedro Lopez and Matt Miller moved me quickly through the process of buying a new truck, but at the same time were informative and helpful. More
