I called the dealership and they ensured me they would send a refund. Ove two weeks have gone by and I still have not received the check, however that is not a huge problem. However, the car I traded in over 2 weeks ago, has still not been paid by the dealer, resulting in an overdue payment on the car I no longer own. I called the dealer twice and still have not received a call back 3 days later. Overall, everyone that you interacted with was wonderful and they made it a comfortable buying experience. Unfortunately, the knock comes from issues with finance concerns. More
