Great People - Great Service I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orlan I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orland Park (after finding them online) which was another hour from there on Saturday evening in terrible traffic. Got there around 5 pm. Salesperson Jon was amazing. He listened to us and tried to work the numbers and the deal. I was impressed by their customer service having encountered a totally opposite behavior at Downtown Acura on Elston earlier in the day. I came to buy a used car but they gave me an irresistible deal on the new ILX. They closed the deal even though it was way past their closing time and never for a second hurried me into anything. Courteous people who actually love their job - hard to find in this business; mostly car salesperson are pushy. Even though me and most of my friends live in the northern suburbs, I'd still highly recommend Joe Rizza to everybody. Trust me, its worth the drive. More

Rizza Acura A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by A wonderful experience from my first contact with Chris Chojnowski in internet sales. My second contact was with Omar Hammad and that was followed by Ahmad Aburas. Each gentleman could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was a wonderful experience...the entire deal was handled through the internet sales dept. When I went to pick up my MDX (fabulous vehicle) Penny Nomikos was the sales rep that took care of me. She took me for my test ride and handled most of the paperwork as well as the final walk through on the MDX. She could not have been any nicer as well. She was, as the other three gentlemen I mentioned above, very professional, courteous and truly helpful in every way. My final contact was with the GM, Pat Dazzo. He was fabulous as well. I can not say enough good things about these people I just mentioned. Great dealership founded on great sales people. It was a pleasure doing business with each and everyone. More
ECU RECALL SERVICE Scheduled my recall service and car was taken promptly at 0730. I actually forgot my updated insurance card but Chris worked with me on getting it em Scheduled my recall service and car was taken promptly at 0730. I actually forgot my updated insurance card but Chris worked with me on getting it emailed from home so I could take the courtesy vehicle, which I appreciated. Car was immediately ready for pick up when I arrived and had been cleaned as promised. My only gripe is I was told to refill the gas tank in the courtesy car I was given. I only drive a total of 24 miles and averaged 21.7 MPG. When I filled up with gas it took over 3 gallons and $13. Obviously, the car was not filled entirely when I picked it up. No big deal, and hopefully, unintentional, but you multiply that by thousands of courtesy vehicles loaned and the cost of gas and it adds up to a lot of dealer savings. I told Chris it wasn't a big deal, only a few bucks, but it was noticed. My wife had her Toyota serviced recently and she did not have to refill her courtesy vehicle. I would suggest, as a luxury auto dealer, Acura consider doing the same. More
