Very professional, friendly and helpful service center staff ( Matt, Charolette and Chris.) Submitted a brief explanation for the reason of my visit. A few times while starting my TL I heard a static notice and failed to start. I thought maybe it was the battery or a starting motor. Have a seat in the waiting area while we take a look at it. Relaxing waiting area with deeply cushioned arm chairs, tv, great snacks, filtered water and Starbuck's coffee! After taking a look at my 2005 TL Matt explained the problem I had experienced on two occasions was due to turning the ignition switch to slowly causing a static notice. Always prompt to the point with detailed easy to understand services needed if any along with statistics and cost. Never one complaint over the past 13 years the current lifetime of my Acura. I consider the service center staff my trustworthy family.
