Not appreciated I get it. It's a Ford dealer, not a luxury vehicle dealer. However, I spent $70,000 on a vehicle and I felt like I was being helped by Walmart cashier I get it. Return on the recall notice Heard a funny noise after I picked up my vehicle for the recall. Called Eric , left a message and he called me back within 10 minutes. Maintenance made easy I’ve had my Ford Escape into the service center twice this month. Once for regular maintenance and once for a dashboard/airbag repair. Both visits wen I’ve had my Ford Escape into the service center twice this month. Once for regular maintenance and once for a dashboard/airbag repair. Both visits went smoothly and quickly. The larger repair job took more time and I was given an Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was picked up at the shop and driven back for the return trip. All went well and I was never inconvenienced.
