If I ever had a question, he was knowledgeable about all of the different vehicles and policies I had questions about. It was a truly pleasant experience selecting the car I wanted to leave with. Once we chose the car, Tim did a great job of working to find the right financing for my situation and was willing to put in a lot of time with my situation. Overall, he did a great job of making sure the whole process was comfortable and friendly. Buying a car is a big deal for most, and it helps to know that you can trust the people you are working with. It was evident to both my wife and I, that Tim was going above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Once we got to the financing stage, Hamde was able to walk us through all of the paperwork and contracts in a very thorough, yet easy to understand, manner.
