I purchased a vehicle in September while I was visiting my family. I am a US Soldier and was enroute to Georgia. The contract had to be resent to me TWICE to be resigned because of errors made by Tony Rizza. The second time I sent the contract back I had to include the first month's loan payment in a check made out to Joe Rizza Ford, which was immediately cashed. My temporary registration was only good for 30 days and I called Michelle at the tax/title office to get my title so I could register it in Georgia where I was living. I left over 10 messages and never received a return phone call. I finally received the title in the mail on Friday, November 4th after work. On Monday I took it to the tag office in GA to register the vehicle and the dealer NEGLECTED to sign as the buyer on the front of the title. I had to overnight the title BACK to Illinois to get it signed. Also on November 4th, I received notice in the mail that my vehicle loan was defaulted on and went to collections due to non-paymnet. I had no idea my loan had already been given to a bank and that the dealership failed to make a payment, since they previously cashed my check. I left numerous messages for someone in the title office, business office, or the manager to return my call to no avail. This business is absolutely awful. More
Bought a brand new F-150. Couldn't be happier with how the sales process went at Joe Rizza Ford. Everything was done in a timely manner. We did all the research to buy the car through online services. We had a check in hand. When we walked in- the person who knew who we were didn't even introduce himself. He made several rude comments services. We had a check in hand. When we walked in- the person who knew who we were didn't even introduce himself. He made several rude comments about us and our arrival time. We came during the 1hour window of time we said we would (on the drive down we even called to confirm that). He did not show us the car. He let us look. We were allowed to "test drive" the car which comprised of about a 1.5 mile drive down the frontage road, then we were told to turn around and go back to the dealer. There was a 2000$ item that was broken on the car. There was about 200$ of electronic equpiment missing, and the door code was not reset ($75). They had this car sold. Perfect price, perfect milage, and we thought great condition. Very shady salesman and shady dealership. His compromise was a 100$ discount. His manager tried to smooth out the deal (Gary Precin) and offered to fix what was wrong with the car. By that time it was too late. The problems we found with the car we found ourselves after they had said it was perfect. I can't even imagine what would else have been wrong with it if we would have bought it. Very Shady. Do NOT recommend and do not Trust them at all!!! More
staff are all happy to help you when you are in the prepurchase stage but after they get the money they fall silent and refuse to answer your calls. We wenrt to purchase a mustang which my husband has prepurchase stage but after they get the money they fall silent and refuse to answer your calls. We wenrt to purchase a mustang which my husband has wanted for ever. While the car is beautiful you could tell where it had been manipulated to give the appearance of being in top shape. We purchased an extended warranty, why i don't know but they pretty much said we had to, and also purchased the under coating and 3 m car bra. I wrote them a check to cover that and post dated it 4 weeks. We figured we would have the paperwork and be able to bring the car back by then. 2 days after the initial sale of the car we decided we did n't want to spend 2700 on undercoating and a 3 m bra, that is readly visible on the car. I spoke with the finance manager bill or bob?? and he guaranteed he would return the check, well its 4 weeks later and no check and no return phone calls. its really irritating. Liz called from customer service, i asked her about the check, she also said she would get right back to me, but its been over a week, now Im starting to wonder what get right back to ya really means. The paper plate has expired, i have no paperwork to register this car, and no one will answer a call to see where things are at. I finally called ford motor to swee what the payment is due and the loan number, so until Joe Rizza Ford decides to do something, my brand new car sits in the driveway. I can't even insure it because the insurer wants to see the registration. Never will I go to Joe Rizza FOrd. More

I purchased a 2011 Kia Soul from Adam Aguilar at Joe Rizza in Orland Park. I came in and was asked if I needed assistance, but then was left alone to look around without being harassed. When I requested Rizza in Orland Park. I came in and was asked if I needed assistance, but then was left alone to look around without being harassed. When I requested a test drive of the Soul, it took about 10 minutes and I was behind the wheel. They didn't hassle me for information or make me go through a long sales pitch. My salesman, Adam, is a class act. He's the perfect balance of salesman and customer service provider. From start to finish I had a comfortable, dignified, informative, wonderful experience purchasing a car from Joe Rizza/Adam. This is what it's supposed to be like purchasing a car, but never has been, until now, at Joe Rizza Kia. :) More

My wife and I were in the market to buy a used car and went to Rizza. I had checked out their website and found a Freestyle that was reasonably priced. When talking to the sales person, who was very nice went to Rizza. I had checked out their website and found a Freestyle that was reasonably priced. When talking to the sales person, who was very nice and professional, he said that an extended Ford bumper to bumper warrant for 3yrs or 36,000 miles would be $1500 and the financing would be between 4.9 & 8%. We liked what we heard, took the car for a test drive, and loved the car. We started the paperwork and waited to meet with the finance guy. When we met with the finance guy, all of a sudden the interest rate was 15% and he told us he could get a 1yr bumper to bumper warranty for $1750! I asked why it was different than the salesperson had said. His reply was the age of the vehicle, mileage and that our credit was good but not good enough for a lower interest rate. He had us totally frazzled and angry. Good news was we went to Bettehause Dodge and bought a new Grand Caravan. I new what my credit score was and it was "good enough" to get the best rate offered at the time (2.9%). I would never ever in a million years ever buy or service with Rizza Ford! More
I was DENIED service with my EXTENDED WARRENTY!! I have a F-350 Truck that I've had for years. I take care of my truck because I know it takes care of me. But now, with ONLY 115,000 miles of a 200,000 Mile E F-350 Truck that I've had for years. I take care of my truck because I know it takes care of me. But now, with ONLY 115,000 miles of a 200,000 Mile Extended Warrenty, Rizza Ford is CLAIMING NO RESPONSIBILITY for repairs! They are CLAIMING I didn't take care of my vehicle. DO NOT TRUST RIZZA FORD! Do not purchase a warrenty from them it is USELESS!! More
