Easy Fast Buying Experience I was wanting a used HR-V and had a fixed budget to work with. After making an appointment, Ann Stone of John Eagle Honda texted me ahead of time abo I was wanting a used HR-V and had a fixed budget to work with. After making an appointment, Ann Stone of John Eagle Honda texted me ahead of time about what models I was interested in. When I arrived, one was ready and waiting for me to look at and test drive. Ann was very helpful checking their available inventory and the various features on each model so that I could understand my options. We picked another HR-V to look at and it was brought around quickly for me to inspect and test drive. After working with Ann and the management team at John Eagle Honda, we were able to agree on a price that fit my budget. The Finance department was very direct and efficient to setup the financing and walk me through all the paper work. After the sale, Ann even drove the new car to my house and arranged for one of her coworkers to drive her back thus saving me a second trip to the dealer to pick it up. In and out in 3 hours. More

My husband and I set an appointment to come take a test drive of a CR-V that we saw online. We had set the appointment with a salesman. When we arrived and asked for him she told us that "he has left fo drive of a CR-V that we saw online. We had set the appointment with a salesman. When we arrived and asked for him she told us that "he has left for the day and that she would help us." We thought that was odd because we had spoken with him 2 hours prior. We sat down at her desk and she asked if we were "gonna buy today or just shop." We told her that we hadn't decided and wanted to see/drive the CR-V. Her attitude immediately changed. She hastily showed us the Cr-V. While on the test drive she actually took a personal phone call.(we couldn't believe how rude that was.) Needless to say we returned to the used car building as soon as we could. We got out of the CR-V and went directly to our car. She tried to get us to go back to her office but there was 0 chance of that happening. We proceded over to Irving and bought a Brand New CR-V for just a bit more than their used one. On Monday the salesman we originally spoke with called and asked why we missed the appointment. We told him the whole story and he was Shocked. He told me that he was there all day and NEVER left the Dealership. He apologized and asked us to come back. We told him that we had bought somewhere else. These people have no idea what they are doing. More
