Very impressed and happy! I've purchase my last two vehicle from this dealership. I initially went in asking for Reatha Robinson but she wasn't available. So they brought a sales lady named Tiara who was very energetic, knowledgeable and attentive to my requests and needs. We were able to come to terms pretty quickly as I hate being in the dealership and dealing with sales people but Tiara was a refreshing switch from the norm. Then in comes Lawrence that I've dealt with before at a different dealership. He remembered me and was engaging even though I know I was a difficult sale. Overall, it was because of Tiara and Lawrence that made my purchase a great one and because of them I will be back and will recommend friends and family to John Eagle to make a purchase. Very Unethical Operation Be extremely careful when dealing with this car dealer. When negotiating, they are extremely deceptive in the way they price their vehicles. Make s Be extremely careful when dealing with this car dealer. When negotiating, they are extremely deceptive in the way they price their vehicles. Make sure you ask them for a copy of the dealer invoice. On this invoice, make sure they show you all the incentives paid to them by Honda when they sell you the vehicle (incentives to the dealer and the % dealer holdback). They will not want you to see this information!! I specifically requested this information and was refused. They did not want me to see the true mark up on the vehicle. When I attempted to point out their deceptive sales pitch, the salesman was extremely rude and disrespectful. After I VERY RELUCTANTLY agreed to a price, they then began to add on costs for items I did not want. Yet another tactic to get money for an already over priced vehicle. My advice to any prospective buyers.... if you choose to buy thru this dealership, stick your guns, do not allow them to manipulate you. More
