So, before we went, my husband called John Eagle and asked to be paired with a low pressure sales person who was knowledgeable, but understood that we were not planning to buy a car that day. We walked in and met with Ross Iver and immediately felt comfortable. He was extrememly knowledgeable about the 2011 Honda Odyssey and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. In fact, we felt so comfortable, we decided to take the jump that day! Everyone that we came in contact with at John Eagle was extremely friendly and helpful and worked hard to make our car buying experience as painless as possible. The dealership was clean, the salespeople were professional (no standing in a huddle smoking!) and the finance experience was easy. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and will use them again! More

Lamonte was attentive and on time when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. He explained all the services that would be completed on my 60,000 mile check up. When I picked up my vehicle, Lamonte had all the paperwork ready and went through the items again for complete clarification. I needed to get my state inspection done and since I have an Acura TL, I decided to go to the Honda dealership close to work since I know Honda and Acura are pretty much brothers in the auto business.
