We walked in and met with Ross Iver and immediately felt comfortable. He was extrememly knowledgeable about the 2011 Honda Odyssey and was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. In fact, we felt so comfortable, we decided to take the jump that day! Everyone that we came in contact with at John Eagle was extremely friendly and helpful and worked hard to make our car buying experience as painless as possible. The dealership was clean, the salespeople were professional (no standing in a huddle smoking!) and the finance experience was easy.
