When I got to dealership Lamont greeted me right away and got right on top of getting what I needed done. Once, they figured out what I needed Lamont drove me back to my home, while my car was getting fixed got right on top of getting what I needed done. Purchased a previously owned Toyota and paid cash for the vehicle. This was in January and it is now March and I still don't have the title or registration that's in my name. This has been the worse experience I've ever had and I'm having serious thoughts of starting legal action. More
Lamont, supplied a 30 wait period to get my care inspected. This level of service was delivered on schedule 30 minutes and I was off on my way. Lamont Jennings is the most professional Auto Service Representative I have ever worked with. He's the reason we go back to the Honda Service Center for all of our auto service needs. My wife and I have taken both of our cars in for service 3 or 4 times over the last year. I have a 2010 Honda CRV; my wife has a 2007 Mercedes. When we drive up, Lamont is always there to greet us both by name; he listens to our needs with a caring, service oriented ear. Once the cars are being worked on he makes a point to give us frequent status reports until the job is done. Because of Lamont, we wouldn't dream of taking our cars any where else to be serviced.
