Purchased a previously owned Toyota and paid cash for the vehicle. This was in January and it is now March and I still don't have the title or registration that's in my name. Lamont Jennings is the most professional Auto Service Representative I have ever worked with. He's the reason we go back to the Honda Service Center for all of our auto service needs. My wife and I have taken both of our cars in for service 3 or 4 times over the last year. I have a 2010 Honda CRV; my wife has a 2007 Mercedes. When we drive up, Lamont is always there to greet us both by name; he listens to our needs with a caring, service oriented ear. Once the cars are being worked on he makes a point to give us frequent status reports until the job is done. Because of Lamont, we wouldn't dream of taking our cars any where else to be serviced.
