Greg is terrific! I brought my car in for routine service, and the tech found an additional problem that needed to be addressed. Greg explained the issue but I never felt like he was "overselling" the need to get it repaired that day (which I went ahead and did). He always is very accurate about estimating the time service will take, which I appreciate. More

Joel Vargas, is not that helpful. I received a report on my phone about my car and the reason why I am having problems of my car but I prefer to be called ang explained more about the I received a report on my phone about my car and the reason why I am having problems of my car but I prefer to be called ang explained more about the diagnostic report. When he called me he just said that my car is ready for pick up. It might be a fault on my part also because I didn't ask about it, but it would be nice if he explained what was repaired and what else was done. More
