Beware of this place. For me the sale price and the invoice price were completely different. They added $11,200 for Insurance and maintenance app called Lithia which I nev For me the sale price and the invoice price were completely different. They added $11,200 for Insurance and maintenance app called Lithia which I never opted for or they didn't even offer me and "Wind Shield Plus", it was directly added to my invoice. I would never go to this dealer again, i was made to wait for more than 3 hours for documentation and then didn't even give me chance to go through my documents and got signatures quickly in which I didn't notice all the additional amounts they mentioned. I don't recommend anyone to go to this dealer. The finance guy made me sign all the docs, without even proper explanation of additional charges. I got cheated. As per the response from the Manager, I contacted that phone no and someone who said he is Finance Director, asked me to come to the dealership to discuss about the concern, but when I went there the receptionist told me that either the person replied or the person to whom I spoke over phone were unavailable. I wasted my time again and cannot trust them anymore. And most of the times, no one answers that phone no as I made several calls. I request all of you to read this review before approaching them for car purchase and you can look at the charges in the photograph.
