The finance department continually tried to charge us fees that we asked to be taken off. The more we tried the more they continued to press it and even try a multitude of ways to get us to pay there fe fees that we asked to be taken off. The more we tried the more they continued to press it and even try a multitude of ways to get us to pay there fees. Cleaning fees $999. Certified vehicle fee 1,500. LoJack $499 and $499 for a paint coating or something. Then they argued with us. Went to another dealership and didn’t have any of that mess. Pay attention people! More
