He introduced himself and expressed that if I needed anything to let him know. When I decided yesterday was not the right day to purchase a vehicle become I had not found the right one. I asked Mark and Gio to let me know if they got anything else in that was a little newer and the same price range. I told him it did not necessarily have to be a Honda or Toyota so long as it wasn't a GM vehicle. He immediately said he has a Ford that would fit within my budget. Mark and I took it for a test drive. It was the one. We got back, Giovanni and Mark worked on the numbers and got it all worked out. Jannet Barragan completed my financial paperwork. She was very pleasant to work with. She explained all the documents very well. Was not pushy, and it seemed as if she liked her job. She was very professionally friendly. Yesterday's car buying experience was great. I would highly recommend John Eagle Honda of Dallas. More
Dealership attempted to charge for items that were listed as included in the posted price on their website. In addition, they listed a vehicle as Honda Certified but then said I had to pay an additional amou as included in the posted price on their website. In addition, they listed a vehicle as Honda Certified but then said I had to pay an additional amount to have it certified. Dishonest, misleading advertising and sales tactics. I do not recommend them. Purchased a Honda Certified vehicle at another Honda dealership in Texas. More

Just like that it was positive vibes from there he was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know he was honest,made sure he found the source for my questions. The test drive was great no hidden agenda, no rushing to sign a contract nothing I felt like this is what a real dealership is about. Yes!! A dealership is business first they have to do they job but, going to Honda dealership in Dallas they welcome you like family from the front desk on down. They struck gold with Angel he's definitely an amazing salesman. The whole process was great, few issues i found He insured me he will take care of it and keep me updated. That he did his word is his bond. Angel is a man of his word. Another thing I like is the management at Honda they are great. one of the issues I had Angel had management look into it. When I tell you the Top manager himself came in treated me like I was family and not a customer addressed the situation very quickly. Thanks to ANGEL SALINAS I bought the car no problem and I will be back.
