My advisor Greg provided exceptional service, I've had horrible experiences with other Honda dealerships in the past but this by far was terrific. Greg even gave me some extra pointers on how to keep my car in good shape in between maintenance visits. Greg also went over my vehicle inspection with me and assured me my car is in great condition. He even had my car washed without even asking. 10/10 experience. Greg, Preston, and John Eagle Honda are the best! More

As a long-time customer who had previously purchased two cars from this dealership, I expected a level of professionalism and fairness that, unfortunately, was sorely lacking. My grievances began during the process of selling my second vehicle to John Eagle. To my dismay, the initial offer presented by Mo, one of their representatives, was nothing short of a blatant attempt to lowball me. I was taken aback by the audacity of such an offer, and it should have served as a red flag, prompting me to reconsider doing business with this dealership. Regrettably, against my better judgment, I proceeded with the sale on May 9, 2023. The subsequent ordeal I faced in attempting to obtain my rightful payment only compounded my frustrations. Despite having fulfilled my end of the transaction, I was left waiting indefinitely for the issuance of my check. John Eagle Honda's excuse for the delay was that they required the title to be in their possession before they could proceed. According to Honda Financial, the title was received by the dealership on May 23, 2023. Shockingly, as of June 6, 2023, I have yet to receive my check, leaving me to question the dealership's integrity and competence. What strikes me as particularly egregious is the stark contrast in how a dealership handles the purchase of a vehicle versus the sale of one. When purchasing a car, the dealership does not hesitate to demand immediate payment, ensuring they receive their due before allowing the customer to drive away. However, when it comes to selling a car, it appears that the dealership has no qualms about leaving the customer at their mercy, subjecting them to extended delays and questionable practices. My experience with John Eagle Honda has left an indelible mark on my perception of their business ethics. I am deeply concerned that this dealership, which is owned by Lithia Auto Stores, may engage in other unethical practices that are yet to come to light. I implore potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options when contemplating doing business with John Eagle Honda. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough my disappointment and frustration with John Eagle Honda. Their lowballing tactics, prolonged delays in payment, and lack of transparency have eroded my trust in this establishment. It is my sincere recommendation that prospective car buyers and sellers seek out more reputable and trustworthy dealerships, avoiding John Eagle Honda and its affiliated Lithia Auto Stores. More
