Lionel Valdez and Vartan Mikhitarov combined for excellent client care and service recovery. Our family had some issues about the car being new and under warranty and the repairs not being covered a excellent client care and service recovery. We are loyal to the dealership since 2005 and these two employees made the difference so we can continue to be. Policy on what is covered under first year warranty is not at all transparent and puts service team in a bad position as much as it does us Eagle customer families. Thanks again Lionel and Vartan fir being the difference makers and making the Eagle name continue to mean something. Lastly, Gregory my courtesy shuttle driver enabled me not only to still get to my shift at my hospital but also to get back easily to collect my repaired car later too in a way that I still was able to help my patients.
