Throughout the first half of my experience I was welcomed by Eli Palacios, a very experienced and respectful salesman. He was never pushy and never pressured me into a purchase. Come 4 months later I was ready to buy and was then welcomed by Daniel Aleman who was straight forward, quick, respectful as well and never pressured me into any upgrades, higher trims or anything. He made great suggestions based on his experience and knowledge which I greatly appreciated, and sold me the truck. The younger finance manager with the slick back hair, I don’t remember his name, but also carried the same qualities. My overall experience was great, I’d recommend anyone to come here for business, and they truly earned a life long customer. He was extremely courteous and professional, and gave us the time and also answered all the questions we had about the car. Everyone else at the dealership was amazing including the finance person. Sylvia the finance team was great again offered me options but did not push anything that I did not want. Overall experience was amazing and no pressure sales and I would definitely return and purchase another vehicle from them. More
