It’s usually a great place for service but I tried to call for 2 days. Finally got the number off of the card of the person who checked me out the last time and called him direct. I got there the girl said I did not have an appt I told her to check she said she did and I didn’t have an appt. So I was going to have to wait 2 hours. But in the end I only waited 1 hour. We haven't purchased a new car in over 30 years, having only purchased used vehicles. We were just beginning our search when we went in to look at a new CRV, not intending to purchase that day. Brandon was very helpful with explaining the one we were looking at and demonstrating it during the test drive. We wanted to look at another make's offering before deciding. They were understanding of this and didn't high pressure us to buy right then. After visiting the other dealership that evening and talking it over, we purchased the CRV that same night. The experience was smooth and easy, everyone was very nice. We drove it home the same night. More
