After an issue was found with the car I purchased from Germain about 6 months prior, and then the warranty company threw up obstacles, the service team and especially Steven worked very hard to be fair with me, showed a lot of integrity, and we were ultimately able to get the repairs done. I will continue to use their service department in the future based on their honesty and quality of work.
